WHERE: Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club - Sable Room, 7000 NW Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City

WHO: Freshman Heritage Hall students only + approved outside dance guest, if applicable ($50 guest fee)

WHAT: Catered dinner and photo op (professional photographs by Jamie Bramble included in cost)

PHOTO INFO: Parents are welcome to attend photo op from 6-6:30pm

ADDITIONAL DINNER EVENTS AND DANCE DETAILS

DANCE INFO: Homecoming and Pep Club Dance themes will be released during the school year and are traditionally held in the Upper School Commons from 8-10pm. The Homecoming dance calls for casual/themed attire, while the Pep Club Dance dress code is more formal (cocktail attire, sport coats/ties). Tickets for the dance are sold separately through the school 1-2 weeks prior and are NOT coordinated through Class Coordinators. Please contact the Upper School for more info and to approve outside guests.

TRANSPORTATION: Students must find their own transportation to and from dinners/dances.

GUEST POLICY: Class dinner events are for Heritage Hall freshmen and approved outside guests (see above).

Chaperones: Class coordinators will chaperone all events, but additional help may be requested as needed.
